I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri’s Department of Biological Engineering. Back then, it was agricultural engineering. Here are some things that have happened there recently.
- Associate Professor Sheila Grant was recognized for her achievement at a faculty woman at an event sponsored by Women’s and Gender Studies and the Chancellor’s Committee on the Status of Women.
- Department Chair Jinglu Tan has been working on biomass uses for energy that are sustainable and have a low environmental effect.
